Q: Are there any long distance charges when using Spydee Internet?

A:  We do our best to provide our customers with a large selection of local access numbers to choose from. Currently we provide 8500+ access numbers nation wide, and are acquiring more everyday. The ultimate responsibility for selecting a local access number however, is yours, the customer(s). Having received the local access number(s) from us, we encourage our customers to check with their phone company and make sure the local access numbers are indeed local, since under NO circumstances will Spydee Internet reimburse for long distance charges.

Q: How long does it take for my dial-up account to become active after I sign up online?

A:  Signing up through the web is instant and your account becomes active upon credit card validation. Just select one of our great Cost Saving Plans, and follow the onscreen instructions for immediate access.
Then either download the Spydee Connection Manager or follow the online instructions for a manual install.

Q: I signed up but never started using the account, will I be charged?

A: Spydee Internet makes charges to your credit card as soon as your information is accepted by our system. Spydee Internet charges monthly per account regardless of account usage.

A: Spydee Internet has been offering it's internet services to the general public since 1998. As a company however, we have been in business for about 17 years. And as a privately held company, our flexibility has involved us in several aspects of the communications field.
